4 lean boneless center cut pork chops
1 cup Hampton Beach Plum Company Wild Beach Plum Jam, Jelly or Syrup
3 teaspoons of balsamic vinegar
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
Pinch of salt
1 teaspoon sage
1 teaspoon of rosemary (break up dried rosemary leaves with fingers just before using them)
Pam cooking spray
Fresh Rosemary or Sage sprig garnish (optional)

Recipe: Beach Plum Herb Glazed Pork Chops



Ingredients:
4 lean boneless center cut pork chops
1 cup Hampton Beach Plum Company Wild Beach Plum Jam, Jelly or Syrup
3 teaspoons of balsamic vinegar
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
Pinch of salt
1 teaspoon sage
1 teaspoon of rosemary (break up dried rosemary leaves with fingers just before using them)
Pam cooking spray
Fresh Rosemary or Sage sprig garnish (optional)

Directions:
Trim fat from pork chops. Dry pork chops with a paper towel and rub dry spices on both sides of chops. Cover non-stick skillet with Pam cooking spray. Turn heat up to medium. Once skillet is hot, add chops. Cook at least 7 minutes on each side. Center of chop should be white, not pink. While chops are cooking, heat balsamic vinegar in a pan, once warm add beach plum jam and gently stir until blended and hot. Once chops and sauce are done, place chops on a serving platter and cover with sauce. Garnish with a spring of sage or rosemary if available.
